1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Know Your Path, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Services

Know Your Path is an online vocational guidance platform that provides:

  • Vocational assessments (questionnaires) you complete online.
  • Personalized vocational reports, generated from your answers with the assistance of artificial intelligence (OpenAI), including suggested careers, and orientative information about universities, courses and salary ranges.
  • Optional 1-on-1 online consultations ("sessions") with our team.

Reports and recommendations are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies. See the Disclaimer (Section 8).

3. Accounts

  • You may register with an email and password or through Google sign-in.
  • You must provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments

  • Access to the vocational report and to 1-on-1 sessions requires payment.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers — Stripe and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Prices are shown before checkout. A single purchase of the vocational report lets you complete the full assessment — there are no right or wrong answers, and you may take your time until you finish — and entitles you to one personalized report. Your purchase is fulfilled when the report is generated automatically from your answers.
  • Pending payment links may expire; an expired link requires starting a new checkout.

Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable.

5. Sessions & Appointments

  • Sessions are conducted online.
  • You select an available date and time; appointments must be requested at least one day in advance and are subject to availability.
  • After payment is confirmed, the meeting link is sent to you by email in a separate follow-up message; please allow time for our team to share it.
  • You are responsible for attending on time. Missed appointments may be forfeited.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt its operation, access other users' data, reverse-engineer it, or submit false or unlawful information.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, its content, templates, methodology and generated report formats belong to Know Your Path. Your individual report results are made available to you for your personal use.

8. Disclaimer

Know Your Path provides orientative guidance only. Reports are generated with the assistance of automated systems and do not constitute professional, psychological, educational, financial or career advice. Information about universities, courses and salaries is referential and may change. Decisions you make based on the platform are your own responsibility.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, nor for outcomes resulting from decisions based on the platform's guidance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
